Plebians
Today, I had to go to the post office on "main campus" (which is any place other than the law school, and much to my astonishment there IS a huge university past the little island I stay on. Amazing right?
At first I was excited, all these people that I haven't seen yet NOT doing the same boring stuff as me, but then a realization struck me. THESE ARE PLEBIANS, 18 year old momma droped them off at the dorm pleabians. I was taller, older, and much meaner than these twirps. It was they way they walked, the way they talked with their friends. Different. They walked without a care in the world. I guess I used to be that way when the biggest thing I ever had to deal with all week was where was I going to get wasted that weekend, but that kid has long since been killed. Law School has killed him.
Am I better for it? Hmph maybe. At least better for what Im going to school for...
What is worse is that all the frat boys would glance at my face to see if they knew me. WTF? Im not a frat boy.

First of all, you're taller than MOST people and second, it's NOT law school that did it to you. ; o )
Some simple advice son. Do not voluntarily create a class war in your head between you, as a future lawyer, and them (the plebians as you refer), as your future clientale. This would be in reference to a Proletariat & Bourgeoisie class war if you are as uninformed as I fear you are. This will greatly undermine your ability to represent your clients and as history repeats itself... you like the Bourgeoisie will fall. Better you ground yourself... maybe even lower yourself to Timber Wolf Tobacco.

Truth be told I enjoyed going to the main part of campus. It made me feel more apart of The University of Texas as opposed to just a visitor. I just tried to make the situation funny by calling the undergrads plebians and blowing the situation out of proportion. Hyperbole is a comedic tool that would make something that was totally boring (going to the post office) to something that is more entertaining (at least for me) and fun to read.
Am I uninformed? You bet. Im 24 years old and we all are. In terms of the world I have a lot to learn as would any 24 year old, but I had an excellent upbringing and no better than to be a snob.
As for Timber Wolf. No sir, that I will not do.
